Cancellation & Refund Policies

These are our policies for bookings made by us on your behalf for your New Zealand wide trip. It includes bookings for car rental, New Zealand internal flights, accommodation and activities.

These policies exclude bookings for our Dunedin Tours, (For these Dunedin based tours see our Cancellation & Refund policies-Dunedin Tours).

If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact us at admin@craftedpathwaystravel.nz and we will endeavor to accommodate your requested changes where we can.

In purchasing your trip or part of your trip around New Zealand with Crafted Pathways Travel you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • A refund (minus a 10 % transaction fee) will be paid if you cancel your booking more than 61 days of your scheduled tour start date.

  • Cancellation requests received less than 60 days but more than 31 days will receive a 75% refund.

  • Cancellation requests received less than 31 days but more than 14 days of the tour start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation requests received less than 14 days of the tour start date will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will not be paid if you do not arrive at the pre-arranged meeting points such as check in counters for booked flights, ferries, accommodation or activities at the correct time and date.

  • If a provider cancels their service then the refund that is provided to us will be refunded back to you.

Dunedin Tours:

Cancellation & Refund Policies

This is our cancellation and refund Policy for our Dunedin based tours.

If you need to make a change to your booking, please contact us at admin@craftedpathwaystravel.nz and we will accommodate your request when we can.

REFUND POLICY

In purchasing a tour with Crafted Pathways Travel you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • A full refund (minus a 2 % transaction fee) will be paid if you cancel your tour (Either our Voyagers & Settlers City Sights with a twist or Wildlife Captial: An Albatross Adventure tours) more than forty-eight (48) hours of your scheduled tour start date.

  • Cancellation requests received less than forty-eight (48) hours but more than twenty-four (24) hours will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellation requests received less than twenty-four (24) hours of the tour will not be refunded.

  • Refunds will not be paid if you do not arrive at the pre-arranged meeting points at the correct time.

CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER OR UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

We operate tours in most weather. In extremely windy or wet conditions or where circumstances such as a road closure stop us in our ability to run the tour, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.

Cancellations made by Crafted Pathways Travel will result in either a full refund of the tour fee or we will offer to transfer your booking to another time or date.
