CRAFTED PATHWAYS LIMITED TERMS OF TRADE
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions are for the website www.craftedpathwaystravel.com and for bookings or a consultation made by you on this website or for agreed bookings or services made on your behalf by Crafted Pathways Ltd (trading as Crafted Pathways Travel).
The terms and conditions that we provide (our service) is set out below. Please read it carefully.
For those considering booking their New Zealand holiday with Crafted Pathways Travel our initial process includes an online video consultation with one of our team members. This is an opportunity to discuss suggestions for your itinerary and discuss arrangements that we may make on your behalf.
There will be a non-refundable fee of $230 NZD (GST inclusive) for this consultation, which can be booked via our website. If you do decide to book a trip with us, we will deduct this pre-paid consultation fee from the total cost of your itinerary, if your itinerary has a value greater than $2000 NZD plus GST.
After the initial consultation we will design a bespoke itinerary and forward it to you for your consideration. This itinerary will include a breakdown of suggested travel routes, accommodation, flight/ferry, car rental and activities costs based on your preferred preferences and our collective knowledge of quality experiences.
You will have an opportunity to either refine this itinerary or accept it as is.
It is vital that you provide correct and full names (consistent with names recorded on passports) for you and every member of your group, as failure to do so may result in cancellations of flight bookings.
Bookings for any service will not be made unless and until you confirm and pay the required 20% deposit before we book any service on your behalf. We reserve the right to make substitutions with similar products if the original product becomes unavailable before payment of deposit.
By booking with us you hereby accept and agree to these terms of trade as essential terms of the binding contract between you and us.
